Structure of heat transfer film

Heat transfer film is generally three to five layer, three layer is the basal layer and adhesive layer and printing layer; the four layer is the base layer and adhesive layer and a printing layer and the release layer consists of five layers; a base layer and adhesive layer and a printing layer and the release layer and the hot melt a rubber layer. The basal layer of heat transfer film is a carrier, carrying off agent, adhesive coating and ink, basal layer to high temperature resistant, not easy to deformation and pressure.
